How To Use The Templates?
Formclick offers a variety of pre-built online form templates. Templates include inspections, reports, surveys, questionnaires and other templates specially designed for your needs. Find the form that suits your needs and add it to your workspace.
How To Use The Template
Go to “My Workspace” and click the Templates option.
Browse our templates and find the one you want to add to your workspace or use the category on the left side to find a specific template.
If you find a template you want to add, click the Preview option to get a preview of the template before adding it to your workspace.
Click the Use Template option to add the template to your workspace.
Once you click on the Use Template option, you will receive a confirmation message and the template will be added to your workspace where you can edit it.
