How to Create a New Form?
This article shows you how to create a new form step by step.
To create a new form, click the New Template button on the top right corner of the page.
The new template button leads to the create new template option. Enter the form title, select the tag, click on the approval form and hit the save button to go directly into the builder page.
Adding New Fields
Click on the fields option on the left side of the page builder and add the field you want in your form.
